Born in Hamilton, Ontario, in 1948, Vaughn is a man obsessed by painting. He has lived on Hornby for 35 years and is a gardener, musician, woodchopper, builder, and all-round transformer of materials. He paints daily. His paintings are energetic, expressive, gestural, and layered. He loves painting in his outdoor studio in the summer, where he welcomes visitors by appointment. Volunteering is an excellent way to show your support and keep live music happening year round. There are many invaluable volunteer jobs – contact the office to get involved.
